We currently ship to the UK (including Northern Ireland & Isle of Man)
UK Postage costs from £2.99 but is free when you spend over £30. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for most orders, and DPD for larger, heavier items where necesary – upgrades to DPD Next Day & Royal Mail Tracked 24 are available in the checkout.
(The exceptions to this are Northern Ireland and non UK mainland locations (e.g. Isle of Wight) – larger parcels may be sent by myHermes)
For orders completed before 2pm Monday to Friday we normally dispatch same day if Royal Mail, 11am if DPD. Orders completed after 2pm may be dispatched on the next working day, but we always try to get orders shipped as soon as possible, some couriers pick up earlier than others.
If you prefer to use another method, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
We use sturdy boxes with suitable packaging inside (bubble wrap, air-bags, packing peanuts, etc). We may reuse materials where suitable to save on waste and the environment.
If your delivery has any problems/faults/damage then please contact us immediately and we will work together to come to a suitable arrangement for you, customer happiness is our number one priority.

Currently we charge your card for preorders when you order. We are a small company, and if we offered free preorders people are more likely to order and then cancel leaving us with excess stock that we don’t have room for.
Whilst we will do everything in our power to fulfill all preorders, there is a possibility that a game may be in short supply and we don’t receive our full allocation. In this case we will fill orders with the stock we do receive from the earliest placed orders. If we are unable to fulfill your preorder straight away we will give you the option of a full refund or waiting until more stock becomes available.
If you order in stock items along with preorder items, we will hold your shipment until all items are available. If you would like your in stock items delivered sooner, please make a separate order for them.
All preorder dates are estimates and are dependent on our suppliers, they are subject to change and variability. The estimates are as accurate as we can make them and if they change after you order we will keep you updated.
If the price of the preorder drops we will refund you the difference. However (and it’s rare) if the price rises significantly, we may have to contact you and give you the choice of paying the difference or cancelling and receiving a full refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Items with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges / Faulty or Damaged Items (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If it was a faulty/damaged item, we will reimburse your reasonable shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
